I started in the insurance industry as a consultant and later founded my own company, Syntesis Management SA. There, I managed client portfolios, recruited and trained sales teams, and developed financing solutions, strengthening my project management and leadership skills. In 2018, I decided to shift my focus to the real estate sector. After obtaining her federal certificate in the hotel industry, Joy decided to profit from her skills in customer service and join the domain of real estate. She first joined Neho as a trainee in charge of customer satisfaction follow-up before taking on the position of Sales Coordinator.

Her education and experience in sales and real estate (SVIT) make Selma the perfect support for our clients in their sales project. In her work, Selma always demonstrates her talent for diligence and good organisation, while being a true communication talent.

Before joining Neho, Vanessa worked for six years in customer support and sales at Swiss Post. During that time, she completed her training at a business school and learned Italian. Looking for a new professional challenge, Vanessa joined Neho in 2022, putting to use her experience in customer service as well as her communicative and supportive nature in assisting our sellers and buyers.

Egzona Ajroja earned her Kauffrau EFZ diploma from SWS Schulen für Wirtschaft und Sprachen in 2021. She began her career at Secura Finanz GmbH as an insurance clerk before working as a receptionist at Randstad, Schweiz AG. More recently, Egzona served as a service center specialist for chemical specialties at Thommen-Furler Group. Currently, she is pursuing an HR assistant certification at OIB Academy, combining her diverse experience and skills in customer relationship management and administration.

Following his VET as a commercial employee, Quentin has multiplied his experiences, notably in the construction field and in a real estate agency. Passionate about the real estate sector and with his strong interpersonal skills, he joined the Sales Coordinator team in Lausanne in order to assist our clients in the realization of their projects.
