After working for several years as a sales consultant, particularly in the automotive industry, Mikail joined Neho to put his sales experience to good use as a local agent. His communicative, friendly and outgoing nature, combined with his reliability and attention to detail, allows him to gain the trust of his clients. His motto: anything is possible if you want it.

After completing his apprenticeship, Kevin worked in Sales for multiple years, most recently in B2B at Swisscom, before joining Neho in 2022. His communicative nature and his negotiating skills enable him to optimally advise and support Neho's customers.

Katerina has been working in real estate for 5 years and has found her passion in real estate marketing. As a real estate agent, she is focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Her goal: for her customers to be satisfied at the end of the day. Katerina is known for her professional approach, her deep understanding of the market, and her customer focus.

Robert has over 10 years of experience as a real estate agent and consultant for institutional investors and private clients. He also has several years of experience as an entrepreneur and seller of real estate in the Lake Zurich region. He brings with him relevant expertise in the field of multi-family houses and residential real estate. He speaks German, English and French.

Lukas is exceptionally motivated, ambitious and goal-oriented. His many years of experience in real estate and the construction industry in combination with his strong negotiation skills allow him to accompany you as your competent partner throughout the entire sales process. Lukas speaks German and English.

Dennis Spolsino is currently in charge of the Schaffhausen/Thurgau/Winterthur region as a real estate agent. Prior to this, he gained significant experience in operations management and sales coordination at Neho and other companies. Dennis is excited to contribute to the growth and success of his team in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

Before joining Neho, Vanessa worked for six years in customer support and sales at Swiss Post. During that time, she completed her training at a business school and learned Italian. Looking for a new professional challenge, Vanessa joined Neho in 2022, putting to use her experience in customer service as well as her communicative and supportive nature in assisting our sellers and buyers.

Egzona Ajroja earned her Kauffrau EFZ diploma from SWS Schulen für Wirtschaft und Sprachen in 2021. She began her career at Secura Finanz GmbH as an insurance clerk before working as a receptionist at Randstad, Schweiz AG. More recently, Egzona served as a service center specialist for chemical specialties at Thommen-Furler Group. Currently, she is pursuing an HR assistant certification at OIB Academy, combining her diverse experience and skills in customer relationship management and administration.

Yanisa Zweifel attended the Berufsmaturitätsschule Winterthur BBW. She began her professional career as a certified dental assistant at Zahnärzte am Pfauen in Zurich, where she worked for over three years. Currently, Yanisa is a sales coordinator at Neho in Zurich, where she utilizes her skills in customer relationship management and sales coordination to provide exceptional service to her clients.
