Manuel Cacciola, with his in-depth specialist knowledge and his courteous manner, advised and supported us very competently and professionally throughout the entire sales process. He supported us at all times, including with special questions and subject-specific concerns.
The notary appointment, including everything that goes with this appointment, such as documents, certificates, promises of payment, etc., was also prepared and coordinated by Manuel Cacciola. Everything worked out perfectly, so we were able to sell the apartment within a short period of time.
