Before joining Neho, I gained nearly 20 years of experience in commercial development, client management, and digital marketing. I started in the insurance industry as a consultant and later founded my own company, Syntesis Management SA. There, I managed client portfolios, recruited and trained sales teams, and developed financing solutions, strengthening my project management and leadership skills. In 2018, I decided to shift my focus to the real estate sector. I initially worked as an executive assistant, gaining valuable administrative and organizational experience, and then became a broker, where I applied my communication and negotiation skills. Currently, I work as a real estate agent at Neho, primarily covering the cantons of Neuchâtel and Jura, continuing to build my career in this exciting field.

Trained at HEC Lausanne, Pierre-Frédéric is an entrepreneur at heart and passionate about contact with people. He has developed his passion and knowledge of real estate through various investments, and then through dedicated training. He will accompany you in your real estate project anywhere in the canton of Neuchâtel as well as in the canton of Jura, the Bernese Jura and the Seeland region.

After obtaining her federal certificate in the hotel industry, Joy decided to profit from her skills in customer service and join the domain of real estate. She first joined Neho as a trainee in charge of customer satisfaction follow-up before taking on the position of Sales Coordinator.

Following his VET as a commercial employee, Quentin has multiplied his experiences, notably in the construction field and in a real estate agency. Passionate about the real estate sector and with his strong interpersonal skills, he joined the Sales Coordinator team in Lausanne in order to assist our clients in the realization of their projects.
