But the apartment was fantastic, AND Mr. Speck was so welcoming, yet not at all pushy. He was incredibly competent, courteous, took his time, and even in the following days, he always had time for all the questions that came up. All the information was easily accessible online, but whenever something was unclear, he was always able to provide a clear explanation.
