What is a semi-exclusive mandate?

Sale

A semi-exclusive mandate allows only the owner and a designated estate agent to proceed with the sale of the property.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the semi-exclusive mandate?

The main advantage of the semi-exclusive mandate is that it allows the owner to sell the property on his own while benefiting from the expertise of a real estate agent.

Also, unlike the simple mandate, the risk of overexposure and therefore devaluation of the property is much lower.

However, it is not possible to call another estate agency.
