A resolutive condition is a condition that cancels a contract as soon as it is realized.

What is a resolutive condition in real estate?

A resolutive condition is a condition that cancels a contract as soon as it is realized. Thus, in real estate, a sale can be cancelled if the resolutive condition indicated takes place.

For example, a resolutive condition can lead to the cancellation of a sale if hidden defects have been discovered in the property as long as this condition has been indicated in the sales contract.
