What is the external surface?
The External Surface concerns all the external parts of the dwelling and is not closed on all sides such as balconies, loggias or terraces.
Only 50% of the total area of balconies and loggias and 33% of the total area of terraces will be taken into account in the total calculation of the different areas. Winter gardens and verandas should be considered according to their layout and functionality.
