We thought, okay, we could go and take a look at the apartment. And then there was Mr. Speck. Because of him, we probably already liked the apartment before we even stepped inside. But the apartment was fantastic, AND Mr. Speck was so welcoming, yet not at all pushy. He was incredibly competent, courteous, took his time, and even in the following days, he always had time for all the questions that came up. All the information was easily accessible online, but whenever something was unclear, he was always able to provide a clear explanation. Then we made our decision, and everything happened incredibly fast, and before we knew it, the apartment was ours, and we had the keys in our hands. "Wonderful" is a massive understatement!
