After graduating from the hotel management school of Geneva in 2016, she began her career in the restaurant industry. In 2018, she decided to shift her focus to the real estate sector, initially working as an executive assistant and later becoming a real estate broker, highlighting her skills in communication and negotiation. She is currently part of the Neho team as an agent in the La Côte region, between Nyon and Morges, where she continues to develop professionally. This month, she is also starting the federal diploma for expert in real estate appraisal, an important step to deepen her knowledge and skills in this exciting field.

Before joining Neho, I gained nearly 20 years of experience in commercial development, client management, and digital marketing. I started in the insurance industry as a consultant and later founded my own company, Syntesis Management SA. There, I managed client portfolios, recruited and trained sales teams, and developed financing solutions, strengthening my project management and leadership skills. In 2018, I decided to shift my focus to the real estate sector. I initially worked as an executive assistant, gaining valuable administrative and organizational experience, and then became a broker, where I applied my communication and negotiation skills. Currently, I work as a real estate agent at Neho, primarily covering the cantons of Neuchâtel and Jura, continuing to build my career in this exciting field.

Following his Bachelor's degree at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Frédéric has accumulated a great deal of experience as a real estate agent and in the creation of companies in the Lausanne region. His knowledge of the local market and the surrounding area enabled him to join Neho as a local agent in the Greater Lausanne area.

After three years of experience in customer relations in a real estate promoter company, Marlène continues her career path by joining Neho, seduced by its values. She will be able to guide clients in their sales or purchase project and provide support to local agents.
